HTTC Quality Policy
HTCC is dedicated to the quality policy that will ensure that its services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment to the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realizing that goal.
HTCC believes in the concept of client and supplier working together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality. The quality policy is based on three fundamental principles:
i. Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our customers. | |
ii. Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them. | |
iii. Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time. |
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented:-
i. Staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements; | |
ii. Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored at Management Review; | |
iii. The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives; | |
iv. We are all committed to operating continuously to this standard and we will maintain the necessary Quality Approvals consistent with our customer requirements; | |
v. Our Company will constantly review and improve on our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers. |
Health & Safety Policy
The Health & Safety Policy of HTCC states that Hadico Company (HTCC) is committed to providing work places which are safe, healthy and friendly environments where safe working practices are insisted upon. We want everyone to encourage responsible behavior and to contribute positively to seeking safer and more productive ways of work. The company believes that there is no other function within the organization that has greater importance than the management of health and safety. It is our policy to provide:
i. A place of work, systems of work and plant that are safe and do not create a risk to the health, safety and welfare of our employees, independent contractors, members of associated companies and the general public, so far as it is reasonably practicable to do so. | |
ii. Appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision for all employees. | |
iii. The allocation of sufficient resources to enable the health and safety policy to function effectively. | |
iv. Specialist health and safety managers/advisors whose duties include monitoring on-going health and safety performance and providing advice in connection with establishing a healthy and safe place of work. | |
v. Regular consultation with employees, contractors, trade union representatives, the Health and Safety Executive, Environmental Health Officers and other relevant organizations. |
i. Regular assessment of operational performance, incident investigation reports and audit information through a system of management review meetings in order to ensure continual improvement. | |
ii. Commitment to ensuring health and safety matters are an integral part of the business. | |
iii. Commitment to complying with statutory requirements, approved codes of practice, recognized guidelines and other relevant industry standards. | |
iv. Commitment to the understanding of changes in working arrangements which have significant implications for Health and Safety. | |
v. Technical guidance notes and supporting information are required in order to assist the management in developing Risk Assessments and associated Method of Statements |
